What Is ZhangXinYouXin
Pick Up Stories · Listen to Echoes
ZhangXinYouXin is a low-pressure emotional interaction and mutual-support platform for young people, and an anonymous letter social app built on the mobile internet.
Give emotions an outlet, and let what you share be heard. May every visit to your palm bring a little warmth.
Brand proposition: From “meeting more people” to “finding someone who truly understands you”.
Core logic: It starts with “expression”, not with a “mental-health problem”. The entry point to mental well-being moves from actively seeking help to everyday expression.
Tone: Gentle, sincere, non-judgmental and never preachy; slow-paced, with no pressure to reply and no anxiety-inducing mechanics; not a substitute for medical care and no therapeutic claims.
Core features
- Xinhai Confession (心海倾信)
- Write inward: put your thoughts into words.
- Xinhai Pick (心海拾趣)
- Encounter: pick up a stranger’s letter.
- Anonymous Letters
- Respond: exchange letters and slowly become pen pals. Pen pals cannot be added by search; they are only formed naturally through letter exchanges.
- Xinhai Pearl (心海明珠)
- Ask a specific person about a specific question. Among any three people, one can be my teacher: mentors with professional qualifications — lawyers, teachers, psychological counselors, retired doctors — give concrete advice on concrete matters.
- Xinhai Echo (心海回声)
- Psychological scales for self-awareness, not for diagnosis.
How it works
Write a letter → send it anonymously to the Xinhai pool → a stranger picks it up at random and replies (Xinhai drift) → receive an echo → form a pen-pal relationship through ongoing correspondence. Each letter holds up to 2,000 characters.
Multi-platform relationship
ZhangXinYouXin covers the web version, iOS app and Android app. All three belong to the same brand and the same product system; they are not different products. The English promotional name is Palm Heart (掌心有信).
