ZhangXinYouXin is a communication and social application operated by Zhangxin Management Consulting (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and have formulated this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. Please read this Policy carefully. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to all of the terms of this Policy.

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Statement: We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal or non-compliant content, pornographic or vulgar content, violence or terrorism, hate or discrimination, harassment or abuse, fraud or deception, and content that infringes upon the rights and interests of others. Upon discovery, we will immediately delete the relevant content and permanently ban the publisher's account. See Chapter III of the User Agreement for details.

I. Information Collection

(1) We collect the following information about you in order to provide better services:

1. Information provided at registration: mobile phone number or email address (for registration and verification), nickname, avatar, and personal bio;

2. Information you voluntarily provide: location information, occupation, hobbies, etc. (used for personalized recommendations; all optional);

3. Device and log information: device model, operating system version, ANDROID ID (unique device identifier), IP address, network status, crash logs, etc. (used for user message push and service quality assurance);

4. Usage behavior information: your actions when using the Xinhai features (such as sending, picking up, and reading), except that we will not read the contents of your private letters.

(2) We will not collect personal information unrelated to the Service, and will not obtain any of your data by unlawful means.

II. Information Use

(1) The information we collect is used only to:

1. Provide, maintain, and improve our services (including content review, sensitive word filtering, and violation detection);

2. Account registration, security verification, and identity authentication;

3. Personalized recommendations and improvement of service quality;

4. Customer support and handling of your complaints and reports;

5. Other purposes required by laws and regulations.

6. Use of Contact Information: The mobile phone number and email address you provide at registration will be used to receive service notifications sent by this platform (including application version updates, account security, letter notifications, changes to agreements, and violation warnings).

(2) Without your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any third party.

III. Information Protection

(1) We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including transmission encryption (HTTPS), storage encryption, access control, and firewalls, so as to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of your data.

(2) Please keep your account and password safe. You shall be solely responsible for any disclosure caused by your own reasons. If you discover any abnormality in your account, please contact us immediately.

(3) Content Review and Filtering: In order to maintain community safety, this platform conducts automated content review of all content published by users (including letters, Xinhai, usernames, and signatures), including sensitive word detection and risk scoring. Content identified as high-risk will enter a manual review queue or be automatically blocked. See Chapter III of the User Agreement for details.

IV. Information Sharing

(1) We may share your information under the following circumstances:

1. As required by laws, regulations, or competent authorities;

2. To protect the lawful rights and interests of us or other users;

3. With your explicit consent;

4. Providing necessary information to partners that provide us with infrastructure services (such as cloud services, push notifications, and analytics) after de-identification or anonymization, provided that such partners comply with this Policy and laws and regulations on data protection.

(2) We will not sell any of your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

V. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

(1) We use Cookies or similar technologies (such as LocalStorage) to remember your preferences (such as language and dark mode) and login status, so as to provide more convenient services.

(2) You may manage or clear Cookies through your browser or device settings. Please note, however, that if you choose to reject or clear them, some functions of the Service may be affected.

VI. Protection of Minors

(1) Age Restriction: ZhangXinYouXin provides services only to users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, please immediately stop using this site and uninstall this application. If you register or use the Service on behalf of a minor, once discovered, this site shall have the right to immediately close the relevant account and delete all content.

(2) Protection of Children's Personal Information: If you are under 14 years of age, you must obtain the explicit consent of your guardian before using the Service. We will not proactively collect children's personal information. If a guardian discovers that we have mistakenly collected a child's information, the guardian may request deletion through the contact information set out in Section XI of this Policy.

(3) Guardian's Responsibility: Guardians shall properly guide and supervise minors' use of this application, and ensure that minors use it under their guardianship.

(4) Account Deletion: If you are the guardian of a user under 18 years of age and wish to delete that minor's account, please contact us through the contact information set out in Section XI of this Policy, and we will assist in completing the deletion in accordance with the law.

(5) Function Restrictions: We may restrict certain functions for minor users, subject to the actual functions of the product.

VII. User Content, Reporting, and Blocking Mechanisms

(1) User-Generated Content: This platform allows you to publish letters, Xinhai, modify your profile, and the like. You retain ownership of such content, but you grant us a reasonable license to use it for operation, promotion, and review.

(2) Reporting Mechanism: You may submit a report through the "Report" button on any content page. Report categories include spam advertising, harassment or abuse, illegal or non-compliant content, inappropriate content, etc. Please report truthfully; malicious reporting will entail corresponding liability.

(3) Blocking and Blacklisting: You may block (blacklist) other users at any time. A blocked user will be unable to send you letters, deliver Xinhai to you, or interact with you. Blocking may be lifted at any time.

(4) Handling Timeframe: We undertake to complete review and take corresponding measures within 24 hours of receiving a report.

VIII. Your Rights

You are entitled under the law to the following rights with respect to your personal information:

(1) Access: You may view your account information, published content, etc.;

(2) Rectification: You may modify your nickname, avatar, signature, and other profile information;

(3) Deletion: You may delete content you have published (letters, Xinhai posts, etc.);

(4) Account Cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account at any time (path: System Settings → Cancel Account);

(5) Withdrawal of Consent: You may stop using the Service at any time and withdraw your consent to this Policy.

IX. Retention Period and Cross-Border Transfer

(1) We retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to provide the Service. After your account is cancelled, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

(2) In principle, your personal information is stored within the territory of China. If it becomes necessary to provide it overseas for business purposes, we will strictly comply with the requirements of laws and regulations (including security assessments and standard contracts) and will separately obtain your consent.

X. Policy Updates

(1) We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance through in-app notifications, SMS, email, or other means. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Policy.

(2) If you do not agree to the updated Policy, please immediately stop using the Service and cancel your account.

XII. Account Cancellation

(1) You have the right to cancel your account. After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

(2) Account cancellation path: Go to "System Settings" → "Cancel Account" and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

(3) The account cancellation request takes effect immediately upon submission; we undertake not to impose any obstacles or charge any fees.

(4) In order to better protect your rights and interests and to avoid mistaken operations or operations not authorized by you, currently only cancellation by binding an email address is supported.

XIII. SDK Information Disclosure

We hereby expressly state that this application has integrated the following third-party SDKs to implement necessary functions such as message push, account security verification, and network optimization. These SDKs will collect necessary device information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
