This Agreement is entered into between you and "ZhangXinYouXin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") in respect of the registration for and use of the Site's services. Please read the following terms carefully; by registering and using the Site, you indicate that you agree to all the contents of this Agreement.
Article 1 This Agreement is entered into between you and "ZhangXinYouXin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") in respect of the registration for and use of the Site's services. The Site is operated by Zhangxin Management Consulting (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.
Article 2 The Site is a communication and social application that allows users to publish content. This Agreement is hereby formulated in order to foster a healthy and safe community environment and to protect the lawful rights and interests of all users.
Article 1 You shall agree to all the terms of this Agreement before registering, and only thereafter may you enjoy the services provided by the Site. The terms of this Agreement are legally binding on you.
Article 2 Age Restriction: The Site provides services only to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have full civil capacity. If you are under the age of 18, please immediately stop using the Site and uninstall this application. If you register or use the Site on behalf of a minor, the Site shall have the right to immediately close the relevant account and delete all content once such circumstances are discovered.
Article 3 When registering, you shall provide true, accurate, complete, lawful, and valid personal information. If such information changes, you shall update it in a timely manner.
⚠️ Zero-Tolerance Statement: The Site adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward content that is illegal or non-compliant, pornographic or vulgar, violent or terror-related, hateful or discriminatory, harassing or abusive, false or fraudulent, or that infringes upon the rights and interests of others. Once discovered, the relevant content shall be immediately deleted and the publisher's account shall be permanently banned, without any tolerance.
Article 1 Prohibited Content. You shall not use the Site to publish or disseminate the following content:
(1) content that violates national laws and regulations, endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
(2) content that damages national honor and interests, incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic solidarity;
(3) content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or cult organizations, or incites illegal assemblies, marches, or demonstrations;
(4) content relating to obscenity and pornography, vulgarity, gore, violence, terror, gambling, drugs, firearms and ammunition, or the like;
(5) content such as false information, rumors, fraud, pyramid schemes, or illegal fundraising;
(6) content that insults, defames, intimidates, harasses, stalks, or conducts doxxing against others, or otherwise infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(7) content that discriminates against, incites hatred toward, or attacks specific groups (such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and the like);
(8) content that disseminates the privacy, likeness, copyright, or other lawful rights and interests of others without authorization;
(9) content that induces minors to imitate harmful behavior or endangers the physical and mental health of minors;
(10) other content that violates laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or the operating rules of the Site.
Article 2 Self-Management and Deletion. You have the right to delete any content you have published on the Site (letters, Xinhai posts, personal profile, etc.) at any time, and the Site shall immediately remove the relevant content from the visible information feed.
Article 3 Reporting Mechanism. The Site provides a comprehensive reporting mechanism:
(1) You may submit a report through the "Report" button on any content page (letters, Xinhai, user profile, etc.). Report categories include, but are not limited to: spam advertising, harassment or abuse, illegal or non-compliant content, inappropriate content, and others.
(2) When reporting, you shall state the reasons for the report and provide relevant evidence. Malicious or false reports shall entail corresponding liability.
Article 4 Blocking and Blacklisting. You may block (blacklist) other users at any time. Users you have blocked will not be able to send you letters, deliver to Xinhai, or interact with you. Blocking may be lifted at any time.
Article 5 Content Filtering. The Site uses an automated content review system to conduct real-time detection of all content published by users, including sensitive-word filtering and risk scoring. Content identified by the system as high-risk will enter a manual review queue and shall be intercepted or replaced where necessary.
Article 1 Complaint Handling Timeframe. The Site undertakes to complete the review and take corresponding measures (deleting violating content, issuing warnings, restricting functions, permanently banning accounts, etc.) within 24 hours after receiving a user report.
Article 2 Handling Measures. For content and conduct that violate the provisions of Chapter 3 of this Agreement, the Site has the right to take the following measures according to the severity of the circumstances:
(1) deleting the violating content;
(2) issuing a warning notice;
(3) muting or restricting the publishing function;
(4) permanently banning the account;
(5) reporting to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with law.
Article 3 Appeals. If you believe that the handling was erroneous, you may contact the Site's customer service through the contact information set out in Chapter 8 of this Agreement to file an appeal, and the Site will reply with the outcome of the handling within 7 working days.
Article 1 Your account and password shall be kept by you; any loss arising from improper safekeeping shall be borne by you.
Article 2 Transferring, lending, or sharing your account with others for use is prohibited. Once discovered, the Site has the right to immediately suspend the use of that account and to pursue the relevant liability.
Article 3 You shall not use your account to engage in illegal activities, nor publish content that violates laws and regulations or public order and good morals.
Article 4 Account Cancellation. You may cancel your account at any time through "System Settings → Cancel Account". After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 1 Overview. The Site places great importance on the protection of your personal information. We collect the mobile phone number or email address, nickname, avatar, and personal bio that you provide at registration, as well as device information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, network status, and crash logs, for the purposes of account registration, security verification, provision of core communication services, delivery of service notifications, human-machine verification, and risk prevention and control. The Site has integrated third-party SDKs (including those for message push, verification codes, and network optimization) to implement the foregoing necessary functions. For details of the specific scope of information collected, the names of the SDKs, links to their privacy policies, and other details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 2 Without your authorization, the Site will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Within the scope permitted by law, the Site has the right to reasonably use the relevant information you provide at registration.
Article 3 Publication of Contact Information. Site operator information: Zhangxin Management Consulting (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.; contact email: coo@zhangxinyouxin.com. If you need to report violating content, make a complaint, or seek consultation, you may obtain the human customer service contact details directly in the App under "Me → Contact Customer Service".
Article 4 Use of Contact Information. The mobile phone number and email address you provide at registration will be used to receive service notifications sent by this platform (including application version updates, account security, changes to this Agreement, violation warnings, etc.).
Article 1 All content contained in this website and in these services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, interface design, and page layout, is owned by the Site or the relevant rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Article 2 User Content License. The content you publish on this platform remains owned by you. However, you grant the Site a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for lawful purposes such as operating, promoting, and improving the services.
Article 1 Owing to the particular nature of the network environment, the Site shall not be liable for the following: communication interruptions caused by force majeure; information leakage caused by hacker attacks, virus intrusions, and the like; and losses caused by your own personal reasons.
Article 2 The Site will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security and stability of the services, but shall not be liable for breach of contract for temporary service interruptions caused by system maintenance or upgrades.
Article 1 The Site has the right to modify any provision of this Agreement at any time, and the modified Agreement shall take effect upon publication. Material changes will be notified in advance through in-app notifications, SMS, email, or other means. If you do not agree to the modifications, please immediately stop using these services.
Article 1 The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a people's court having jurisdiction in the place where the Site operator is located for resolution through litigation.
Article 2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
Article 3 The right to interpret this Agreement belongs to the Site operator.
